This section is incredibly important!!! It’s time to think more like an employer. When a hiring manager is looking to hire it usually means they have too much work on and are essentially “a man down”. They’re looking for someone to make their lives easier and don’t have time to train someone. This is your time to shine! 

The factors which determine whether a hiring manager chooses you for an interview will be based around you saving that individual time or money. Your answers to these questions prove your value to any business and gets them excited about the work you can take of their exhaustive “to do” list. 

If you are stuggling to find out the answers to these questions ask your old boss or your current manager to provide any sales or KPI figures in relation to the projects you have worked on. Make sure you concentrate on yourself rather than the company’s figures, we are aiming to promote you, not them :-).
