There are lots of variables as to why a CV doesn’t sometimes make it into an ATS (Applicant Tracking System). The good news is I have some simple fixes for you that will make sure your CV doesn’t land in the blackhole.

Being selected for a job is far more than that, it’s about you and your journey as a person. Psychology determines your outcome, how you feel about yourself, how you present yourself and what you are willing to do to get to that destination.
