As part of your personal brand it’s important to have a good LinkedIn profile that’s optimised so recruiters and HR teams can find you. It’s not enough to have a great CV alone, an employer and recruiter will check your LinkedIn profile and if it reads differently to what they saw on your CV they can be put off.
